Teen and Child Counselling

Teen Counselling And Child Counselling

online counselling sessions for teens
As your children grow up there are new situations that they have to learn to navigate
At times they will need additional help or support in some areas - Just like some extra tutoring to help in a subject or some extra coaching in a sport they love
Counselling is similar - Craig is all about listening, coaching, helping and encouraging children and teens to work through some tricky situations that they have not yet developed the skills for

Counselling helps teenagers deal with the emotions they are experiencing. By identify the situations, how they react and their own thinking patterns they can learn how to deal with these emotional situations

Counselling teaches them how to regulate their emotions by better thinking and coping skills
